Starting the list

I need to find a new term for my little habit. Some call it Trash Picking, Dumpster Diving or Scaveging. I don't really like any of those names. They either aren't appropriate or sound sad, so I'm going to work on finding a term that I like.

Here are a list of the orphaned items we have picked up this year.
Treadmill (working)
Urban Rebounder (trampoline)
Cute yellow child's desk
Solid wood headboard, full size
Large Rubbermaid tub
Box of boys clothes, sizes 8-10
Pack and Play
Wood Stool
Pirate ship, plastic
Leaf rake

Duds:
Vacuum, the canister was cracked so it had little suction.
Toys, either broken or upon further inspection missing pieces

Both lists are incomplete, but my hope is that I will use this blog to record what I have found and the outcome of those items.
